USA Television Airs Manick Sorcar's Animation During Xmas, 2002
and New Year's Day, 2003
Due to continuous popularity, PBS stations of the Rocky Mountain area will telecast Manick Sorcar's classic animation series again during the holidays following a tradition set over a decade ago.

Sorcar's internationally award winning animation films are all based on fables from India and are regarded as the "cultural bridges between East and West". They are regarded as a treasure to many libraries and elementary schools around the nation. They are available in libraries across the nation and can be purchased through this website or through the Tattered Cover book stores and several internet outlets.

Interestingly, Sorcar's animation series were simultaneously shown on big screen in Kolkata, India, continuously for two weeks, from December 21, 2002, to January 5, 2003, where his latest Indian animation "Ekushe Aine" (21ish Laws) was premiered. Sorcar directed twenty shows during his trip to India and received rave reviews.
